Ancient Mod Archive - Unsupported✔ - You may mash-up or edit any of my mods from the past or current! You may post these edits anywhere or share with friends, I only ask you link back to my carrd, my xivarchive, or my twitter if possible! Just so people can find my other mods if they're interested. 🤍✔ - Almost all edits and mashups are ok! It can be as simple as updating a mod to DT shaders or DT in general, re-doing textures, re-doing weights, fixing positioning, porting to other races, decimating poly counts, ect.✔ - You may do mash-up or edit commissions with my work as long as they aren't put on a shop after behind a paywall.✔ - Any mod of mine that uses someone else mod or model as a edit or port, my perms should only take second priority to theirs.X - For any mods of mine that are private that I have shared with you in the past please refrain from posting them publicly! If you wish to share any of them with friends please just ask me first and tell me who I'll likely be fine with it. - If the mods were gifted when you bought a OC from me though please follow the T.O.S for mods in the OC design T.O.S section.X - Please refrain from pay-walling my mods behind a ko-fi or patreon or shop. ✦ Terms of service for characters that I have personally designed and sold or traded off to others. By purchasing or trading for my current or past OC's you're agreeing to these terms and by breaking them you will face a blacklist or the design may be revoked in serious cases. ✦
⬩ Do not claim to be the creator or designer of the character in question. Always credit me as the designer (bwoos) clearly and the secondary designer if one is present. Especially in the case of vtubing.⬩ The design or any artwork related may not be used in anything related to AI or NFTs regardless of whether commercial rights are held.⬩ As the designer I retain the right to use the work I created such as references or screenshots as examples or for archive. If posted publicly they will be watermarked when applicable.⬩ I also retain the right to re-use any lore, names, or custom races I've created for the character before its sale. You can keep any of them as long as you don't mind it still being used by me as well. Please remember to credit me for these if kept if asked about.⬩ Design modifications are allowed with any of my designs.⬩ You may resell the character for the original value or less unless additional work has been added. Extra commissioned art can increase the resale value.⬩ Traded characters may be resold, but only for the value agreed upon in the trade. If there is a large value difference the characters value must match the lower value after trade.⬩ The character may be gifted or given away for free! If hosting a giveaway, please notify me and ensure the transfer is properly recorded in the character’s ownership history.⬩ Raffles are not permitted. Giveaways must be completely free and may only require non-monetary interactions.⬩ You do not need to notify me when gifting the character unless it leaves Toyhouse! Please mark the transfer as a gift on the transfer. Gifted characters must be valued at $0 until additional value is added.⬩ If you repeatedly push back a payment plan past the agreed deadline, you may lose eligibility for a full refund if you decide to cancel. I cannot hold payments indefinitely.⬩ If you disappear for an extended period after making a payment on your plan and do not respond to contact attempts, I may be unable to issue a refund later on. This is simply to prevent indefinitely holding abandoned payments.⬩ You may not trade or sell any of my designs to blacklisted users. If someone I've blacklisted is selling a design of mine you may purchase it if it hasn't been revoked however you may not sell it back to the user after its final.

⬩ All designs bought or traded before 1/01/2026 include commercial rights. For FFXIV-based characters, only the original base design is fully commercial use friendly. Certain outfits may contain shared or game-based elements and may not qualify.⬩ Keep in mind any artwork that comes with the character is not automatically allowed to be used commercially. You must refer to the art piece and artist itself for their own perms to see if its commercial or not. The toyhouse posting will normally state it.⬩ Commercial use after 1/01/2026 will require an extra fee unless there is already a commercial usage fee paid in its value.⬩ All sales are final and cannot be refunded as it is a digital product. Any attempt to force a fraudulent refund after the final purchase will result in a blacklist and the case will be countered. If it does go through for some reason the design will be fully revoked and resold.⬩ Failure to follow any T.O.S May result in a blacklist depending on severity and if it was a mistake or not. I will not be upset if you genuinely make a mistake or didn't know just please let me know ty!!

✦ Terms of service regarding mods gifted on the side with the sale of a OC built or re-created in FFXIV. These perms are only important for private mods of mine such as mashups or textures, or anything else I've made that are not publicly available in a shop or forum for you to download. ✦
⬩ I often liked to share the mods I used for the OC or to re-make the OC in game when possible in the past. I no longer intend to do this unless we are really close. These mods are not for sale and cannot be re-sold with the OC.⬩ If for some reason you have been given the mods for the character without me being involved in the characters sale or being asked this is not allowed and I kindly ask you do not use them and alert me to this being done!⬩ I retain full rights to the mods, including the right to use them as is, mash them up into new mods, or re-use parts of them for other stuff. The full character they come from will not be re-built or re-used however, only the mods themselves.⬩ The mods may not be shared with anyone outside of your spouse or a close friend so they can see your OC. They may not be used personally by these people though for other OCs.⬩ Upon you reselling or gifting the character to another person the mods may no longer be used by you or friends unless you request permission to use parts of them. They also may not be transferred to the new characters owner under any circumstance and as such you may not advertise the mods as part of the characters sale.⬩ You may commission edits to these mods while you own the OC and as such can share only the files required for the commission with the Modder.⬩ If the character is sold however you may no longer commission other modders to edit my personal mods shared with the character.⬩ If I have found out you have given the modpacks to a new owner I will blacklist you instantly. Please do not share them past me as they were only meant to be shared with you.
